Vegetarian fish in tomato sauces

                  
Ingredients:
Diced Tomato:

Pineapple:

In a large nonstick skillet heat 2 teaspoons of oil over a medium-high heat cook till golden brown
In another pot add 2 teaspoons of oil add onion fry for 1 min and add tomato

Add pineapple

Add tomato paste

Cook until sauce thickened & season with mushroom seasoning, black pepper



                                                      Serve the sauce over vegan fish
