White coconut chocolate

Melt 1 tablespoons of butter on medium high heat

Add 2 cup of white chocolate


Add in 1/2 cup of coconut cream & stir constantly until chocolate has fully melted
Let it cool for few mins

                                                   Mean while, grease the ice cube tray with oil

Pour in the melted chocolate half way & sprinkle in the coconut flakes


Pour in the rest of white chocolate mixture & refrigerate for 2 hours before serving
